Change from freelancer to employer - post a job

How do I change my profile from a freelancer to an employer - I want to post a job.  Thank you.

Hi Frances,

You should be able to use your existing account and add a client account to it in Settings> My Teams. Check out this help article for more information.

There is no MY TEAMS in Settings so what do I do?
