Change in the Rising Talent badge

Good evening!
So I started on upwork not a long time ago, and I became a rising talent almost immediately, so I started getting some jobs, one of them is still open, and the other one is finished successfully and I left a 5 star feedback on the client, but the client didn't yet rate my work yet. now the problem is my rising talent badge is lost. Can please I know why is that and what are the possible solutions to get it back as soon as possible ?
