Changing my profile name

Hi, my name is Mercy Kimeto. I opened my account back in 2017 but using my brothers name. The account has been inactive all that time but I want to start using it now. I tried to change the name three years ago but it hasn't changed until now. I am ready to verify my identity using National :id_button: card. Kindly, help me to change the name. I need to start working now. Thank you

To submit a name change request go to Settings > Contact Info > Update your name and save it. Once you`ve done this please allow up to 48 hours for the review to be completed.
