Charge failed (A payment got declined from paypal) - Primary payment option is currently inactive

My card failed a payment with paypal as 40$ payment i was trying.As 40$ was a bit bigger than my balance after adding charges

Now it says inactive PayPal 

I have a 470$ milestone coming in a few days 

Please help me to fix this issue 

I was trying to tip a $ with paypal but it says inactive but my Paypal account is working 100% fine as usual

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your billing method. Can you confirm if this is still the case? I checked and it looks like your billing method is currently active and you should be able to complete your payment using PayPal.
