City not recognised

I am currently staying in Malta and does not recognise any city, moving to Spain within one month and the same thing happens any solution?

 That's because you set your country to Malaysia, not to Malta. Obviously it can not find any Maltese or Spanish cities because it is searching for cities in Malaysia.
