Clarification regarding certifications

Hi!

Forgive me if I'm going to pose naive questions, but I'm completely new to the website! I would like to submit the certification in English I achieved last year, but I'm not quite sure what's the best way to do it.

• I passed Cambridge's CAE exam with CPE score, what certification should I submit? CAE or CPE? 
• While in the process of submitting the certification, I'm asked to provide an identifier and secret code that I'm supposed to have received when I took the exam. As far as I remember, I was only given an ID Number and a Reference Number. What identifier and secret code are you talking about?
