Hi Upwork Team!
Good day.
I was just wondering how this is possible.
The client requested a refund for my past work.
Payment has been processed already and I have already withdrawn it.
The client's reason for refund says didn't work on the job.
But It is clear on the screenshots that I was doing it.
I thought refunds are only possible for fixed prices and for those pending approval.
What step should I take next?

The client was either likely a stolen card and their bank just noticed the charge, or the client/bank issued a chargeback. Either way, Upwork will now charge you the money that you received.
