Client account suspended -

Hello guys, I am new on UpWork and yesterday have accepted my first assignment.
The client account has been suspended, however I have bought some items ( to review) and anticipated the amount.
Am I able to get a refund for the expense?

Hi Mara,

 

I am sorry for the late response. I checked and it looks like you will receive the funds you are referring to. Your funds are currently under the Pending tab. This represents the standard security hold period in which funds cannot be withdrawn.
Payments for fixed-price milestones (and bonuses) have a 5-day security period from the time payment is made to funds availability.
