Client and I agreed to a 'no pay until completion' contract but the proposal sent to me is hourly.

After a lengthy discussion and a new job listing, we had both agreed that there would be four milestones I'd like to reach, with payments delivered upon completion. The client agreed to this in chat and was hired on, but the contract he sent was for hourly work. I'm unable to set milestones and am now being charged by the hour. Is there any way to address this?

If you've already accepted the offer, the only way is for the client to close the contract and open a new fixed-price contract.
