Client cannot hire me

Sorry for the question, but I want to know if my account is approved? My client can see my account but says she cannot hire me. Please help me. Thank you.

Hi Jennifer,

I checked your account, and I can confirm that your profile has already been approved. Is there any error that's showing on your client's end when they tried to hire you? Could you please send me a PM by clicking on my name with more information so I can check this for you?

I have same problem. I have sent my profile link to client so she can hire me but when she click on contact, white page appears and keep circling. Kindly help me to solve this problem.

Hi Muhammad,

Based on the screenshot, the redirection is not going through. Could you please ask your client to try clearing cache and cookies or using a different browser/device (desktop)?
