Client does not currently have access to Upwork and will not receive messages until access is

Can someone please tell me if this means I should avoid this client.  I have had two of these in as many days?  Thanks

You will not have a choice. The client does not have access to Upwork.

Think - If the client doesn't have access to Upwork, how are you going to work ON Upwork? And if you're thinking of working with him off this site, you won't have access to this site either because your account will get suspended. 

 

Having said that, what do you think the answer should be concerning avoiding this or any client when you receive that message?
