Client doesn't like the logo

Hello Everyone, 

I have been on Upwork for almost 2 months With 100% JSS and I got over 14 contracts done with a 5-star rating for all of them.

I got an offer from the client which he needs to make a new logo and he sends video to describe exactly what he needs, and I followed all his instructions, And I sent him 3 samples, so he chooses one and he asked for changing colours so I did it and I send it back, After that he send me back saying : (If I'm being totally honest I can't same I'm fond of any of these), So I answer back saying (Tell me exactly what you don't like and I will make change), He didn't send anything back since then.

So Kindly I need some answers :

1- what is my options/ What the best to do?

2- It will affect my score if I/him end the contract?

3- It will help if I make dispute It will affect my score?
