Client hasn't ended contract (I can't do it myself)

Hello, everyone!

So here's the thing, I did a small project ($15) on Feb 16 and I completed the work we had agreed upon (some voice recordings). The client approved the milestone but I haven't heard back from him since then, and I've already sent him a message asking to end the contract.
I would end it myself however "Job complete successfully" is not showing up as an option for "Reason to end the contract".
What should I do, is something amiss? The client doesn't answer me either.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Vinicius,

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please know that for Fixed-Price jobs, freelancers are advised to use the submit work link next to the funded milestone on the contract details page to share work with their clients and, at the exact moment, request payment. Once you submit work and request payment, the client will have 14 days to review it and approve or ask for changes. If they take no action in 14 days, the funds in Escrow will be released to you. You may read more about Fixed-Price Protection here.
