Client not responding. order should be completed

I submitted a project few days ago. the work is done as the client get what she needs. but from then she is offline and is not ending the contract. now what should  I do. I knock her several time. no response. so, I want to complete the work. should I own end the contract? will then it cancelled or be completed?

If it's a fixed price project and you haven't submitted the milestone yet, do it now.

If it is an hourly job, and have tracked time through the Upwork now, leave it to Upwork to bill your client.

Apart from this, do nothing. There is no hurry to close the contract. The client might get back to you in due time and give more work or close the contract herself. Even if that doesn't happen in near future, there is no pressing need to close the contract yourself.
