Client paid but zero balance

I've successfully completed a project. Client has paid, but the balance in Get Paid shows as zero. Payment method has been established and identity verified. W-9 completed. No verification payments have been received in my bank after several days.

Why is balance zero, and when should I expect payment?

Hi Perry,

For fixed-price contracts, when your client releases a payment, it immediately shows as pending on your financial account. Pending payments become available for you to withdraw after the standard five-day security period. You may check your transaction history to find out when the funds will be available to you. Thank you!
