Client’s payment method unverified

Hello

 

I have a contract with a client and the first milestone was paid. After that I noticed that the second milestone was not paid and I kindly asked the client to make the payment. Today I noticed that the clients payment method is not verified. He doesn´t respond in my messages. What should I do?

Hi Eleni,

 

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. While we can't share any details, please ask your client to follow up on the notification they recently received and communicate with our team in order to resolve the issue with their account. Make sure to stop working on this contract and continue only after you can see that the payment method is verified and a new Milestone is created and fully funded. Please check this Help article for more information.
