Client unresponsive, when will I get paid?

Hello. One of my clients have been really unresponsive throughout a fixed price project. It was supposed to end before April. But the client dragged it till May. I've submitted the final output through the system and it's been 14 days. Ain't it supposed to be released now since the client didn't take any actions? The client liked my work and once in a while he was active through emails. But he just vanishes for weeks and then apologises and then vanishes again. 

Please let me know when the payment will be released. Thanks.

Hi Sumin,

Clients have the full 14 days after you submit requirements to review. Please wait until the 14th day is over and the funds should be released to you automatically.
