Clients don't interview anyone

Hello everyone.

Is there a problem with Upwork or is it just me having this problem? Please official someone check my account. because I have been making offers to my customers for about 1.5 weeks. I spend high Connects while making these offers. I never get any feedback from my customers. but there is a problem. What caught my attention is that my clients don't interview anyone. they just open jobs and usually none of the interviews. My question is, does it look like this for me, or do the customers open a business and never have a meeting?
Can someone please review this?
Please let me know if there is a problem with Upwork.

The client interviewed one person. Maybe he is happy with that?

Maybe happy. But shouldn't the project show as 'hired'? Also, my other customers have the same problem, don't they make any evaluations?
