My cell phone does not accept text messages, which negates the path to validate my account. I have offered my cell phone number and physical address and the alleged support organization of Upwork.com has chosen to ignore my offer for purposes of validation. Because Upwork.com has demonstrated it is not valid nor credible nor professional I want this account closed. Because it has not been validated how do I close it?
