Closing of contract

Hi, I tried closing a couple of contracts for the first time and accidentally selected "job closed unsuccessfully" instead of successfully.

Now I'm worried it will affect my job success score as I don't know how to change it.

Any advice?

Forget about it.

I don't think this affects JSS at all.

There is nothing you can do to change it.

Hi Sara,

Private feedback and closing reason users provide when they close a contract can't be changed. That said, Job Success Score measures your clients’ satisfaction with your work on Upwork based on feedback clients provide to you when contracts are closed as well as the duration of the relationships, the size of the jobs, etc. Feedback you provided when closing the contract won't have negative effect on your score.
