Surprising to see so many problems with Upwork  considering that it is an IT Freelancer platform. Maybe too many cooks in the kitchen?

Recently the system produced a 'beneficiery name mismatch' that held up my getting paid for a ridiculous time frame. The name mismatch was that my bank account is in my middle name/last name instead of first name/last name and my full name: first middle last appears on my ID uploaded to verify me on Upwork so I don't see how common sense did not come into this matter.

The Rising Talent Badge received over a year ago is now missing from my Profile.

The results of a recent proposal submitted show my bid at $400/hr when the job posting is a fixed price of $400.

Quite a surprising struggle so far on a platform that includes twelve million freelancers. I would think by now with access to millions of IT freelancers they would have this platform 99.9% error free.
