I bought some connects but it does not appear in my account. I hope you could help me.

Hi Allysa,

 

I checked your account, and it looks like the transaction was unsuccessful. There's no record of any transaction that you purchased connects. You can check your connects history and your transaction history to confirm. For more information about the accepted billing methods, please check this help article. Thank you!

But in my screenshot it clearly said that it is deducted in my account and I paid for it.

If my billing method was declined why did it charged in my account? How can I get a refund that has been charged in my account?
