Connections are not updated

Hello,

 

My billing cycle is completed but my connections didn't update.

Please, can anyone look into it?

Please allow 24-hours for your billing cycle to renew, and your connects to get credited to your account. If this doesn't happen automatically, let us know so that we can ask for the Customer Support Team's assistance.
