Hi, I am facing a continuously connects deduction issue. I lost 40 connects in a day and I haven't used them. Please let me know what is wrong with my profile.

I checked your account and confirm that everything is working as designed. Since you`re an exclusive member of the agency you can use only connects from the agency pool.
