I have created a new account but there are no any connects. why?
Please give me connects so i can submit proposals.

I checked your account and it looks like you have been credited your Connects last 15-January. It also looks like you were also able to use the Connects already. You may check your Connects History by going to your Settings > Membership & Connects page, and clicking on the "View Connects History" button for more information.
