Connects Refund

Hello, I submitted a proposal a few days ago, Got accepted but then unfortunately rejected after interview period. Now I clearly remember It said connects will be refunded If client doesn't hire. but now I am not getting my connects back.

You are only refunded if the client closes the job without hiring or Upwork closes the job due to a ToS violation. You are not refunded connects if the client hires someone else or the job expires.
