Connects Related issue

Hi everyone, please help me out with this issue. I'm seeing that 10 connects were credited on 2nd February, and 10 connects were debited on the same day. I'm not understanding what this means. Please refer to the attached screenshot. Thank you.

Hi Abhinav,

The deductions you see are unused Connects that are expiring. Each month, your unused Connects will roll over. Connects will be used in the order you get them and unused ones will expire after one year. You can check this article to learn more.
