Hello,
My connects, which I assumed would be renewed today, did not get updated. This is not the first time this has happened. I have been an approved member since around May now, and in all of that time, I had only 60 connects in total to use. I was under the impression that one gets 60 free connects every billing period. Any assistance in this matter would be highly appreciated.

I'm assuming this is something recent? If yes, then I'd appreciate if you could tell me when did this policy come into place
