Connects not added at start of a new month

Hello,

I own a freelancer basic plan. My connects were consumed and i was expecting new connects added at start of this month (February). But it is no new connect added to my account.

Am i missing some thing or it is an issue?

Hi Giselly,

Connects are not awarded at the begging of the month, they are awarded when your new cycle starts.
You can check your cycle by going to Settings > Membership & Connects > Billing Cycle.

here is my billing cycle that's why I was expecting my connects today.

Hi Goran,

I have almost the same problem as Giselly, but bigger! 

I have no idea when my "billing cycle" begins? But I do not know how!!

My process: settings - memebership and connets ; but then it shows me something completely different like Giselly ( current billing cycle ). Nothing about the current billing cycle!!! I sent it to you.

Please help me,  I am very desperate! Thank you2.png1.png

Hi Tomas, 


On you screen grab, it shows that your current billing cycle is on March 21 to April 20. This means that your new billing cycle will start on April 21. On this billing cycle (Mar 21-Apr 20) you currently you have 2 available connects.
