Connects unavailable

Hello,

I'm new to up work and I'm out of connects. Why? I didn't notice I finish them that fast...

Or I am penilized for something?

My wife is adminitratting the acount and  hers on same PC, but different browsers.

Hi Mahmoud, 

You have only 60 connects in a billing cycle (that is in 30 days). When you submit a proposal, you need 2 connects. So you are able to apply for 30 jobs in 30 days. Be careful when you submit proposals. Don't submit your proposal for every job posts. You will get 60 connects again after the billing cycle end.

If you need more connects instantly, then you can take Plus membership plan. It will cost you $10.
