Hi Odesk, My billing cycle for my connect start last MArch 11-April 11 of this year and I have already used all my connects a week ago and I've waited for 11th day of this month to refresh my connect but still it is zero. Please help me about this. Thank you!

It is still April 10 in California, where Upwork is headquartered. Perhaps that's the problem?

And if your current billing cycle does end on April the 11th, then it means that the next billing cycle will start on the 12th of April.
