Connects

Hello,

We have an agency plus membership and around 100 connects. When we submit a proposal it says that our connects will reset on 5th April, does it mean they expire? Or that these connects will roll over and we can use them next month as well. Thanks in advance!

Hi Alex,

This means that your new cycle will start on April 5th and any unused connects will be rolled over in the new cycle, the connects won't expire. Thank you.
