Hi! I tried to buy Connects in Upwork but it requires me to add credit or debit card information. When I put my debit card, it says it is declined by the issuing bank, which is not true upon checking.

Please help me buy Connects using PayPal only. 

I appreciate much of your time and assistance and hoping that I can finally use my active account in Upwork when I have already Connects to use.
