I finished about 190 connenct in just 3 jobs as most of the clients is not responding even they don’t hire anyone! Is that happenning to anyon else?

Yes, this is happening to many freelancers atm, many posts are complaining about it, even with freelancers who have high success rates.

I guess upwork should take action for that , or even if it can be monthly connects like before , as well they have to cut fees or sth from the client who will make a request for job and not hiring anybody
