I have made an account on upwork 5 to 6 days ago, I also added a billing method but when I want to go for "Basic Membership plans" in order to buy free connects, i always get a message on the screen that: "Your account has been limited. Please contact customer support."
Can anyone tell me what is the issue and how to resolve it?
