I can’t find an approprite email address or even a phone number to update my membership plan. I paid the monthly fee but haven’t received the promised benefits. I’m starting to question the validity of upworks.

Hi Margaret,
I checked and it looks like your Membership was upgraded to Freelancer Plus on December 2 and you do have access to additional connects, rollover connects, visibility into competitors' bids, profile visibility protection and other benefits. Please check this page for more information.
