Contacting me via Whats App

Hi there!

I just created an Upwork account today and signed in via Google. 

After making my first job posting, I started recieving calls and texts to my WhatsApp messenger. I did not enter my phone number anywhere on my account and am wondering how I can change the settings somewhere as I find it very intrusive for people to be contacting me through another app, especially since I have not given my phone number to anyone.

Please know that your contact information is not shared with any third-parties. Freelancers are also encouraged to keep all communications on Upwork before a contract is placed. let us know if you need further help.
