Continuous request to enter company address and phone after having done so, not allowing me to hire

I am repeatedly getting an error message when I try to hire our selected freelancer saying I need to enter our company address and phone number, and not allowing me to progress with the hire. I have already entered our company address and phone number and am not sure where else I can do so to get it working.
