I was hired fro $5/hour/Week for 5 weeks. But after 1 hour Contract Ended but client didn't receive unpaid amount.
How this can be resolve.

Did you use the tracker to track your time? Then you get paid automatically.

With an hourly contract, freelancers are paid AUTOMATICALLY for all of the time that they log.
But freelancers are not paid for "promised" time.
For example:
If a client hires you for 5 weeks, that's just a "promise." It doesn't count.
The client can close the contract whenever she wants. The client could close the contract after 1 hour. The client could close the contract after 5 minutes. It is the client's choice. And the freelancer's choice, as well. A freelancer can close an hourly contract whenever he wants to.

You can check the status of your payment by clicking on the 'Reports' tab and then clicking on 'Overview', funds for your work are currently in the In Review tab until the Friday at 23:59 UTC. After the review period funds will be transferred to Available after the 5-days security hold. You can find more information about the schedule to release hourly payments here.
To learn more about payment protection see this help article, and please note that by adding hours manually they do not qualify for payment protection.
