My contract was put on hold last July 22. She said that there was an issue in her ads and her team will fix it. Last August 4 I messaged her if the project is still ongoing but there was no response. I need your advice on what to do in this situation. Thanks.

You can give your client more time to get back to you. They may be busy fixing the issue that caused her to pause the contract, but you can follow-up with them again if you like.
