Hi, I hired someone to help build an ad' campaign around a book I'm publishing. It's only a small job. I pressed 'Hire' on his profile, filled in the information required, paid the money, and now can't find anything, and neither can he.  What do I do? Should it be this difficult? Many thanks, hope I have explained this correctly.
