Ive used the UpWork logo and name on one of my instagram posts. The post itself is abou opportunities to get some side income. Did I break any rules by doing this?

Unfortunately, you won't be able to use Upwork logo unless you've been granted an official permission. Please, refer to this section of the ToS for more information.
