Correct Payments

I am a small business, basic (free) customer.  I have hired a freelancer on an hourly basis.  I expect to pay the hourly rate that was agreed to plus 3% to Upworks.  However on my invoices things don't add up. Examples:

1. hours x rate = $120 invoice for $120 no 3% added
2. hours x rate = $666 invoice for $670 rounded up but no 3% added
3. hours x rate = $630 invoice for $650 3% added on this one

What is going on?  Anyone understand this process?

I checked this for you and confirmed that the standard 3% processing fee was applied on all payments your billing method has been charged for. You can find more information about the client payment processing fees in this Help article and check this under your Transactions.
