Cover letter

Hello, I’ve been trying to get work and I’ve been struggling for several months. I’ve recently updated my portfolio and I’ve been bidding on projects with no reply.

Every time I bid for a project I create a cover letter specified to the project details but I don’t know if it’s effective. Could the cover letter be my problem or is my profile not informative enough for the clients?

Go to the Upwork homepage.  On the right-hand side it reads "Visibility". Is it set to public or private.  If private, you just set it to public.
