My browser (Edge, Windows 10 64bit) is stuck at "Describe your expertise" step, right after I've verified E-mail adress. There is just a blank screen with circular 'loading' icon. I've tried to disable adblocker, but there's no change.

Thanks Goran, I've found another solution. Edge update to latest version and everything works perfect.
