I don't have any extra fields and cannot get my AMEX card to be accepted.
Anyone have any ideas?

In checking your account, it looks as though your Amex card has successfully been added. Are you still experiencing the same issue? Please reach back out if you need further assistance.

Adding the second card, same system error for all cards, AE, VISA.
