Currency Conversion USD to INR

Hi! I'm new here. I have 3 questions:

1. Why is Upwork not transparent about the conversion rate for INR? 

2. What is the margin of difference between the rate you give versus current time rate?

3. Most importantly, can I ask for my funds to be shifted to my local bank in India but in USD? I want to deal with conversation rates locally but see no option to change the currency from INR to USD. No, I don't want to choose the Wire method through Swift systems.

Hi Ragini, for LFT (Local Funds Transfer), exchange rates are determined on the foreign exchange market and vary from day to day. Upwork offers competitive exchange rates through our bank. I'd like to confirm that the appropiate payment method available to withdraw funds to a foreign USD bank account is Wire Transfer.
