Currency Conversion in Direct to Local Bank Payment mode

I was just wondering if Upwork automatically converts my Dollars to Pesos once the money's transferred to my bank account? I ask because my bank account is in Pesos, and I'm not quite sure if it is able to receive money in dollar form.
