Current session time not being added in weekly timer!

So yesterday I faced this issue, my desktop timer app was taking screenshots, current session was working properly (time being noted) but after an hour of current session, I realized that current session is not being added into weekly timer. I stopped working and tried multiple times. But same issue. 

Today I checked my work diary and it's not even there.

In short I worked for almost 2-3 hours yesterday, current session was working fine but it was not being added into weekly work time/diary.
