Defining GBP pricing for "UK ONLY" projects

Hi all, 

I'm new to upwork. I'm UK based and primarily I'm interested mainly in UK only projects.

However, I noticed that even on UK projects the currency is set to $ which doesn't make sense.

Can you please advise how I can change this to GBP.

Hi Kieran,

The default currency is in USD. Access to UK only jobs gives you the oppotunity to connect with clients who want to work with freelancers in this location. This doesn't change the default currency that Upwork uses.
